About Vee
Verity Grahams is an aspiring author living in the North West of England. She works full-time with children in the care system, and with such a demanding job, coming home to immerse herself in fantasy is exactly what she needs.
Her favourite books range from The Chronicles of Narnia to The Handmaid’s Tale. Having grown up reading allegorical Christian fiction, she hungers for a book that has more to say. Within her own works, she likes to consider a wide thematic question, something that can explore, not only her own thoughts, feelings, and views, but also the vast array of those that differ from hers.
Currently, she is working on the first instalment of the fantasy duology, The Tempest and the Tides. Set in a world inspired by Edo-period Japan, Rei and Rin are set upon by a group of pirates, one captured, the other left for dead, and both with powers they never knew they had.
